Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the CapyMaths Founder Membership purchased via founder.capymaths.com. It is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Full refund during the presale period

You may request a full 100% refund of your Founder Membership at any time on or before 31 August 2026, for any reason. No questions asked.

2. After 31 August 2026

After 31 August 2026, you can cancel future renewals at any time via your Stripe customer portal. When you cancel:

• Your current annual period remains active until 31 August 2027 (your first-year end date) or, in later years, until the next 31 August renewal date.
• No further charge will be taken at renewal.
• The portion you have already paid for the current period is non-refundable, unless required by statute.

3. Forfeiture of the lifetime price-lock

The Founder Membership comes with a unique benefit: your annual price stays £49.99 forever. If you refund or cancel your Founder Membership, this lifetime price-lock is forfeited. To rejoin CapyMaths after refunding, you would subscribe at the standard prevailing rate (£79.99/year as of 1 September 2026).

4. How to request a refund

Email info@rivermapai.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt number, if you have it, to help us locate your account.

5. How long it takes

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. If you believe the service is not as described, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
