Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the CapyMaths Founder Membership ("the Membership") supplied by RiverMap AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing the Membership you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CapyMaths is a digital subscription service providing access to a web, iOS and Android application for UK primary maths education. The Membership unlocks CapyMaths Pro features for all children linked to your parent account.

CapyMaths is an educational tool, not a substitute for school teaching or professional educational advice. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

2. Pricing and payment

• Founder Membership: £49.99 per year, billed annually via Stripe.
• The £49.99 figure is the total price you pay each year. No additional VAT or fees apply.
• Your first annual period runs until 31 August 2027, regardless of when you sign up during the presale window. Subsequent annual periods run 1 September → 31 August each year.
• Your annual price is locked at £49.99 for the lifetime of your Membership, provided your subscription remains active without interruption.
• If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you forfeit the Founder price-lock and pay the prevailing standard rate.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Your Membership renews automatically on 31 August each year. You can cancel future renewals at any time via the Stripe customer portal linked from your receipt email. You can also email info@rivermapai.com for help.

4. Account and linked children

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity of children linked to your parent account. The Membership is intended for one household.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials outside your household.
• Do not scrape, copy or redistribute CapyMaths content.
• Do not use CapyMaths for any unlawful purpose.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features over time. We will not remove a feature described on this landing page during the term of your Membership without offering an equivalent alternative or refund where required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any claim arising from your Membership is limited to the total amount you have paid for the Membership in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before starting any legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@rivermapai.com and allow us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter that cannot be resolved informally.
